Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) provide on-campus housing and supervision for 8–13 students in a structured family-like environment at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Compensation includes per-person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; the role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and being a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. The position is full-time and located on campus in Hershey, PA with relocation support.
Required Qualifications
