Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home setting. Couples reside with 8–13 students, provide daily supervision, mentorship, supervise household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Requires a legally married two-person couple aged 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and ability to lift 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required.
