Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in on-campus homes for 8–13 students. Couples reside in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Proven integrity and professionalism
