Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel services, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a permanent Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation assistance provided and comprehensive benefits available. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must complete individual applications.
