Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, and planning developmental/recreational activities with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing routines and scheduling, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
