Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with same student group. Must hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid US driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be part of a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses completing individual applications.
