Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, managing household routines and student schedules, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and will transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, life/disability insurance, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other benefits. Qualifications include experience working with youth, a high school diploma or GED, both spouses being at least 27 years old, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift to 50 lbs.
