Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from initial placement in various homes with a nine-on / three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
