Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (approximately 8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and oversight of routines, medications, transportation to activities, development and recreation planning, and spiritual activities (devotions and Sunday Chapel). Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance. High school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Two-spouse, married-for-two-years requirement; both spouses must be 27+ years old; no more than three dependent children in the home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty; proselytizing prohibited.
