Job Summary
Two-person Flex Houseparent role on a residential school campus: couples reside in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting; initial nine-on/three-off schedule with transition to a Placed Houseparent while on campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
