Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School overseeing 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include supervision, daily routines, medication administration, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and eventual transition to a placed houseparent while residing with the students. Requires a legally married couple for consideration (both spouses must apply) and provides relocation assistance; includes comprehensive benefits and housing. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies.
