Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role on campus to provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
