Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role on campus to provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in student home
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Chapel services
