Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role for continued student care. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; on-campus housing and meals are provided as part of compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year legally married
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual applications
