Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
