Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Madisonville, KY (relocation to Hershey, PA required). Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a temporary to a placed houseparent role. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
