Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person married couple as Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities and devotions, coordinating budget/reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off duty cycle to a placed houseparent assignment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment by both spouses to apply individually; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with benefits including housing and meals during duty, health/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and relocation assistance.
