Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, to provide daily supervision, mentorship, care, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Couples will start as Flex Houseparents with a nine-on, three-off schedule and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Benefits include salary around $46,917 per person (roughly $180,000 per couple), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off.
