Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing on-campus to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students living in a home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation for a couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and the commitment for both spouses to apply individually; strict campus expectations regarding conduct and environment are noted (smoke-free and weapon-free; limited dependents). Required Qualifications
