Job Summary
Two-person Flex Houseparent role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for ~813 students, with duties including managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Role transitions from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent, with on-site housing and meals, paid relocation, and comprehensive benefits. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years with a minimum age of 27; no more than three dependent children. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism and ability to work in a faith-based, smoke- and weapon-free campus environment. To apply, both spouses must submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
