Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home). Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. Initially nine days on, three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility for two-year-marriage placement with both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
