Job Summary
Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home). Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. Initially nine days on, three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and ongoing training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility for two-year-marriage placement with both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
