Job Summary
Couples live on the Milton Hershey School campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and household management. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two-spouse, married couple requirement with both spouses applying individually.
