Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in a student home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/house reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students; requirements include a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, and certification to drive student vans; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
