Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Located on campus in Hershey, PA, the position involves supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions, overseeing budgeting, and reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement into a fixed student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires a legally married two-year relationship, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
