Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School relocate to Hershey, PA to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapels, and budgeting and reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
