Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residence in on-campus student homes with a group of 8–13 students to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and structured daily routines. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and progressing toward a placed houseparent role. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to living and working with the same student group in a dedicated home.
