Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and guiding daily devotions and chapel. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Responsibilities include budgeting, household reporting, and providing a structured, family-like environment to promote students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
