Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role located on-campus to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students in a family-like home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same student group. Requires living on campus with students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development, and complying with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
