Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist for two-person couple team living on campus in student homes; responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; future Placed Houseparent role in same student home; relocation assistance provided; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plans, paid time off; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must complete individual applications; requires valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to smoke- and weapon-free campus; high school diploma or GED required.
