Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist couple role on campus: Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and development-focused activities for 8–13 students, with responsibilities including supervising and mentoring, coordinating routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and housing reporting. Initial schedule is nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
