Youth Development Specialist - two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities and daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role involves a structured schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
