Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a flexible housing assignment to a stable placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group.
