Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule during the initial phase, with eventual placement in a single student home.
