Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on campus, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
