Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist for a two-person, married-couple Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples live in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a steady placed-houseparent assignment with the same student group.
