Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for a married couple living on campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a demonstrated commitment to student development within a secure, faith-informed campus. relocation assistance provided; benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and training.
