Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both age 27 or older, and the ability to obtain a driver’s license and drive student home vans.
