Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in an on-campus home, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and housing.
