Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social development. Duties include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent home for the same group of students.
