Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus and supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision of routines, administration of medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and engaging in development and recreational activities with students. Initially on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, the role transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married requirement for the role
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Experience with youth
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
