Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles housed on Milton Hershey School campuses to supervise and mentor groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home where the couple lives and works with the same group of students. Requirements include a completed individual applications by both spouses, eligibility to work in the U.S., and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; age minimums (27+ for both spouses), no more than three dependent children in the home, and a valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
