Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve living on-campus in a student home and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and administrative oversight for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial placement covers multiple homes with a nine-on / three-off duty schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with van certification ability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel services. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications to be considered, with relocation assistance provided.
