Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students, planning activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting; initial nine-on/three-off schedule with transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
