Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and care, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially support multiple homes on a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule, with eventual placement in a consistent student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and compliance with campus safety policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Desire to lead students in devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
