Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
