Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for each group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
