Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a consistent houseparent for the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple must both apply individually
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
