Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role.
