Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Two-person role for couples
- High school diploma or GED required
