Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits provided. This role requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license (and ability to become certified to drive student home vans), and that both spouses be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
