Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement to apply
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Two-person role for couples
